Vintners is a contemporary, spacious, rural retreat nestled on 3 acres in the Yallingup Hills. It has the perfect layout for extended family or group of friends who love their privacy and space. Bedrooms are located in two wings that branch off from the central living area.

You will feel at one with nature on the elevated entertaining deck high amongst the treetops. The home has direct access to a short walking trail, and it's only an 8 min drive to Dunsborough town and beach.

The Space
The contemporary design and luxury interiors of this stunning Yallingup holiday house blend perfectly into the surrounding Jarrah and Marri forests. It’s perfect for 2-3 families, a group of friends and/or couples. It’s located in a tranquil, private location just 8 mins from Dunsborough and a short drive to renowned surfing beaches, wineries, boutique breweries and eclectic art galleries.

The space
The spacious open-plan living areas houses an entertainer's dream kitchen with a huge breakfast bar equipped with everything a gourmet chef could possibly need. It overlooks the comfortable Marri dining table where there has been many a gathering to mark special occasions and get togethers.

The living area has large leather lounges, an armchair, coffee table, flat screen TV, WiFi, ceiling fans, air-con and an open log fireplace. Imagine winter nights cozied up on the lounge suite with the fire glowing and crackling away. What could be more perfect!

The living area has sliding door access to the front yard and also onto the large elevated back entertainer’s deck – which is the perfect place for sipping local wines, catching up with each other while a steak sizzles on the BBQ and birds flit through the treetops.

This home is perfect for relaxing holidays with family and friends and features Marri wood flooring, high quality fixtures and stylish furnishings. The open-plan living area is flanked on two sides by hallways to private sleeping areas.

The master bedroom with a king size bed and second bedroom with 2 king single beds are situated at one end of the home – both with access to the spacious ensuite bathroom and separate toilet. The 3 remaining bedrooms are at the other end of the home – two with queen size beds and the third with 2 single beds. A large bathroom and activity room are also at this end of the home along with 2 toilets.

Kids of all ages will love this home with its separate activity/TV room and ping pong table. A portacot and high chair are also available at the home.

The front yard has a small grassed area and smattering of shady trees, perfect for an early coffee whilst listening to the birds and feeling the sultry bay breezes.

If you wake up feeling energetic then I recommend putting on your walking shoes and heading off on the walking trail accessed directly from the back of the property. It's a short trails that leads to the enchanting Vintners Ridge Valley – one of the hidden gems in the Naturaliste Region. Even better in Winter when the water's flowing.

While you’re staying here make sure you go to the Yallingup wood-fired bakery, it’s only a 5 min drive. The bread made there is biodynamic and so delicious.

Being in the Yallingup hills makes it a great family and friends holiday home for a enjoyable easy weekend break. The house has plenty of space for all ages and is very modern and clean.. close to wineries, shops and family activities but feels like your away from everyone when back at the house.. we recommend to everyone..

Wow! Two families stayed and had their own private wings at opposite ends of the house. House was private . Deck overlooked beautiful marri trees with kangaroos sitting under the trees. Fireplace was much enjoyed by all. A delightful property to spend a long weekend at. Hosts were friendly and accessible by phone if they were needed, which never happened. Thank you.

Girls weekend away
We all had the most wonderful weekend away 3 nights. We could of stayed longer this house is big and it’s amazing. Bush land at the back so peaceful the nature surrounding is lovely and we did a bush walk at the back of the property. Very close to Dunsbourgh and Yallingup/Winery’s. The bedrooms are big and 2 x big baths in each bathroom. Relaxing weekend away we will definitely be back again to stay at this property. 5/5

Great property to stay at with family. Everything we needed was there in the house with the best equipped kitchen we have ever had. Check in was great with an online information being sent. Well equipped and comfortable
We’ve never come across such a well equipped holiday rental. We managed to put together sumptuous meals with the kitchen equipment provided. Our stay was comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Just a couple of things to feedback. It would be nice to have a blind over the window in the master ensuite bathroom as anyone on the pathway outside can look in. Secondly, visitors should not feed the magpies as they visited us daily hoping for a feed! If you feed them they’ll come back snd msking it uncomfortable to fine outside.

House was excellent location 10 minutes from Dunsborough and very private. Plenty of things for the kids to do outside, house is quite long - good for multiple families and well equipped. Only thing we didn't like was the lights are so dimm throughout the living area.

We were a group of five retired couples, 10 of us stayed in this nice, clean and good floor layout 3 nights and every body was very happy with the place, everything was great. With one suggestion for improvement, lighting in the main sitting area is is poor, not enough lights or very low wattage lights, we had them at maximum dimming but was difficult to read at night.

Well maintained and perfect floor plan for multiple families. With the ability to close off different ends of the home for personal space. The house is well setup (Great provision of kitchen utensils, extra blankets and comfortable beds, firewood supply, board games etc) so that you can literally walk in and relax the second you arrive. Fantastic location, With only a short drive to all the wineries. And when It’s time to relax, you have nature in your backyard!
