The spacious open-plan kitchen/dining area is perfect for family gatherings. This state-of-the-art kitchen provides everything you could possibly need and more it even has water views (and a Nespresso coffee machine!) Dining options include a stunning custom-made indoor dining setting, which seats ten. The adjacent alfresco dining area has an eight-seater jarrah setting and a gas BBQ for those warm summer nights.
What sets this house apart is the warm and inviting upstairs retreat. This flexible space is ideal as a kids zone, for families, singles, couples whatever you wish. The retreat comprises one queen and two single beds, with two separate ensuite showers and a double vanity. There is plenty of space to lounge around in the comfy bean bags, enjoying the 42" Smart TV and plentiful board games. For some me time, step out onto the private balcony and sit amongst the Peppi trees, watching the sunsets, birds and other delights of Toby Inlet, while keeping an eye on the kids playing below.
Downstairs is a thoughtfully designed family bathroom, where, at the end of a fun-filled day, you can stretch out and relax in the generous bath or enjoy the bliss of a luxurious rain head shower. There is plenty of space for everyone! After a glass or two of one of the local wines, you can guarantee a peaceful slumber in one of the warm and stylish bedrooms. Bliss!
Step outside onto the beautiful public parkland, fronting directly onto the tranquil waters of Toby Inlet. For the Lazy days you can lounge back in the hammock, outdoor lounge or sit on the waterside bench and enjoy the local birdlife and passing kayakers. A great spot for a picnic, watching the children play, having your own Boxing Day Test Match, or enjoying many of the other activities/outdoor games provided. All without having to get in the car!
If you are feeling energetic, a 200m stroll will see you on the pristine sands of Quindalup Beach a perfect place to soak up the wonderful South West summer days.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
