It is a little gem the house 'Wagenrad'. An oasis of wellbeing has been created on 62 square meters of living space, in which up to 5 people can leave everyday life behind. After a long day with countless impressions of the surroundings, you can relax in the large living room on the huge round seating area (with integrated sleeping function) with a nice glass of red wine or a movie (109 cm flat TV, Bluray 2.1 Sony entertainment system), or Share the experiences with your friends over the Internet DSL 50000 (WLAN). If you like to cook, this will be child's play in our fully equipped kitchen. From induction cookers, dishwashers, to microwaves and coffee machines, everything is available to serve a great breakfast, lunch or dinner in the dining area of the kitchen. You will dream heavenly in the two bedrooms. (One has a double bed and a large flat screen TV with internet access, the other a bunk bed, a loft bed and a sofa bed). The completely new bathroom is equipped with a shower and completes the harmonious picture of this house.

The holiday home is a 470 m2, completely dog-proof fenced property.

Special feature: In summer there is also a private beach chair right by the sea.


The North Sea resort of Burhave offers you peace and relaxation right behind the dike on the green Butjadingen peninsula.
Wonderful seaside beach, the North Sea lagoon with snow-white beach like in the Caribbean (regardless of the tide), indoor pool, mini golf, tennis, a huge play barn, Wattensteeg (pier), beach adventure promenade, mudflat hiking, cutter rides, horse riding, Aqua Mundo in Tossens (subtropical adventure swimming pool) and much more more make a stay a unique experience. Everyone gets their money's worth here, because there is no shortage of cheap shops and a variety of restaurants.
Our house 'Wagenrad' is located on the edge of the holiday park 'Am Meer'. It is only a 10-minute walk from the holiday park to the beach. On the beach you will find the guest's house, the spa administration, the huge play barn (perfect for small and large children) u. V. M. ,
Even the center of Burhave with shops, post office, bank, indoor pool, sauna etc. is only a 10-minute walk away.
In the immediate vicinity of the house is the holiday park administration, where there is also a laundrette. So washing clothes is not a problem.

Leider war das Badezimmer extrem klein. Mehr eine GƤste-WC mit Dusche. Dadurch keine groƟen AblageflƤchen und man darf nicht unter Platzangst leiden.

Es hat uns sehr in der Ferienwohnung Meerhus gefallen! Nett eingerichtet, sauber, gemĆ¼tliche Betten, schƶner Garten, ruhige Gegend, 10 Minuten FuƟweg zum Stand. Das einzige kleine Manko war die im Inserat angegebenen Kapselkaffeemaschine, die wir leider nicht entdecken konnten. Sonst haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt.

Top. Die Nordsee war in wenigen Minuten zu FuƟ zu erreichen. Unsere Kinder hatten ihre Roller mit und konnten damit gut hin und her kommen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Meerhus
Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, schƶner Garten - fast nicht einsehbar und Hundeausbruchssicher. Bad etwas klein und eng. Die Reinigung der Wohnung kƶnnte etwas besser sein. Am Wohnzimmerfenster entlang und in manchen Ecken waren Spinnenweben und Staub. Das haben wir dann schnell selbst weggemacht. Schade, dass man aus dem Wohngebiet keinen schnelleren Zugang Richtung Strand hat sondern immer durch den Ort muss. Um mit dem Hund rauszugehen muss man ca. 6-8 min gehen um an geeignete Wiesen zu kommen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefĆ¼hlt. Der Ort ist ok - es gibt alles was man braucht.

Viel Platz und ideal mit Hund
Die neuen Besitzer haben renoviert und das ist gut gelungen. Kleine Anfangsschwierigkeiten wurden im sehr netten Kontakt mit den Besitzern und der Agentur schnell und unkompliziert behoben. Die KĆ¼che ist sehr wertig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und das auch in guter QualitƤt. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es viel Platz zum Verstauen. Auch das Wohnzimmer ist schƶn eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt und unsere SchƤferhĆ¼ndin konnte auch mal alleine raus, da der Garten vollumzƤunt ist. Die Gartenmƶbel sind sehr ansprechend. Trotz der niedrigen Temperaturen wurde es schnell warm und das mit einem geringen Verbrauch. Zum Meer geht man knapp 15 Minuten. Alle Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen und wer Lust auf ein paar Schritte hat, kann das auch fuƟlƤufig erledigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schƶne Ferienunterkunft! In diesem Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benƶtigt. Der Garten ist fast nicht einsehbar und dazu komplett eingezƤunt, die Ć¼berdachte Veranda sehr praktisch; ideal fĆ¼r einen Urlaub mit Hunden. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich zu empfehlen!

schƶnes ferienhaus mit eingezƤumten grundstĆ¼ck,eigentlich alles da fĆ¼r einen schƶnen aufenthalt.unser hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt.freundlicher empfang bei Ć¼bergabe der schlĆ¼ssel.wĆ¼rde wiederkommen.die nordsee ist in wenigen minuten erreicht und zum haus gehƶrt ein kostenloser strandkorb,welcher proplemlos gegen einen am hundestrand getauscht werden kann.das fanden wir sehr schƶn,der hundestrand ist toal umzƤunt sodas man auch dort entspannt den hund laufen lassen kann.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus das nicht zuviel verspricht
Wir haben zusammen mit unserem Hund 3 wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Das eingezƤunte GrundstĆ¼ck war das reine Paradies fĆ¼r unseren Racker. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus lƤsst keine WĆ¼nsche offen und sorgt fĆ¼r einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt . SƤmtliche GerƤte sind in einem Top Zustand und das 2. TV GerƤt im Schlafzimmer ist ein Luxus wie Zuhause. Wir haben uns so toll erholt wie seit Jahren nicht mehr, als wir die Urlaube im SĆ¼den Europas verbracht hatten. Butjadingen und seine Menschen sind einfach eine Erfahrung wert. Kurzum wir hatten einen tollen und tiefenentspannten Urlaub und freuen uns schon auf nƤchstes Jahr.
