We booked a king room. Was given a queen and were told they were out of kings. We asked for a partial refund and they said now because the queen rooms were more expensive so we basically got an upgrade. Definitely doesn’t feel like it. No one was willing to help or even seemed to care.

Great stay!
We booked a double room with two queens and the pictures make it seem like there are two rooms (like a suite) but when we checked in, we just got two queens in one room. I went to ask about this and they upgraded us for free (even though it was not their fault… this apparently happens a lot with hotels.com and expedia). He said they often can’t do the upgrade because the suites aren’t available. But they were very nice and helpful. Only complaint is there were crumbs and stains in the pull out bed, so they clearly don’t clean those sheets.

Room was ok. Ours didnt have drapes that closed and looked out over the parking lot so light all night and up with the sun. Front desk staff was helpful since we had a late arrival. All in all not a bad experience..
