Great hotel
Nice, clean hotel with great staff. I knocked one star off because the pool/hot tub heater was out. That is not the fault of the staff, IHG should get that fixed. Everything else was perfect!

I had high hopes for this stay, especially considering I paid a premium rate with expectations of a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Unfortunately, it failed to deliver on all fronts. From the moment we checked in, we encountered unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Itā€™s always surprising to find people in customer service roles who seem to lack basic courtesy, coming off as abrasive and rigid. This was not a warm welcome. The issues continued as we got to our room. While it appeared clean, it smelled unpleasantly like soggy feet. The hallway had an even stronger odor, like marijuana, which was unpleasant and unexpected. The carpet in our room was torn, adding to the overall lack of upkeep. Breakfast was below par, lacking the quality and selection weā€™ve experienced at other Holiday Inns. However, the most unsettling part of our stay was the atmosphere; there were men wandering the hallways when we arrived, which made my wife and children feel very uneasy. For the price, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this location failed in the basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. I wouldnā€™t recommend it.
