I suggest reading other reviews then staying with an open mind, but I found past reviews to be accurate after my stay. Air conditioner noisy at times. Air in room felt damp when entering which makes me believe either the carpets are dirty, old and or the air conditioner may need servicing. Shower fan didnā€™t work but can hear it buzzing when switch turned on. Sounds like a future fire hazard to me. Shower walls showing signs of mold which figures cause the fan doesnā€™t work. Crack in bathroom wall which will lead to rot and mold. Housekeeping skills in bathroom might need to be improved. But positive bed was cozy. Overall the building needs to be updated. Just my opinion.

Upon arrival there was an unflushed toilet with toilet paper and poop. Either staff had used it or housekeepers never opened lid which means they didnā€™t clean toilet. Carpet had pet stains and room smelled bad. Very disappointing

The staff was excellent. The parking lots are very well lit. Hotel is older but pretty well maintained. Room was okay but heavily stained chair and surfaces not very clean.

My room smelled of urine when I walked in. The shower curtain had mold spores on it, the bathtub had a huge chunk of hair sitting in it and the trash was not emptied. The fridge did not work, my food had so much condensation on it. This visit was not great. Through my bathroom vent I could smell someone smoking marijuana.

The room is fine, except for the stains on the carpet, and the mattress is comfortable. On behalf of all of the senior guests, I would plead for tall toilets in the bathrooms. I have bad knees and it is extremely difficult to use toilets that are so short. That's my primary criticism. . .otherwise, the property seems well managed and pleasant.
