Apartment Port - Guest House City Land River

A house, two halves: The "port side" half (about 80 square meters) has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with patio door to the garden. Living room and dining area are generously designed, six people find the table good place, with eight is synonymous. Two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first floor. There we have a room with a large double bed and one with two single beds, which can be put together to a double bed. For children there is the possibility to build an extra bed here.

More than just a holiday apartment: The brick-built semi-detached house typical of northern Germany was built around 1890 and carefully but extensively renovated in 2015. Both halves "starboard" and "port" have like a terraced house completely separate entrances, small gardens and a shed for barbecue and bicycles.  The "port side" half (about 80 square meters) has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with patio door to the garden. Living room and dining area are generously designed, six people find the table good place, with eight is synonymous. Two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first floor. There we have a room with a large double bed and one with two single beds, which can be put together to a double bed. For children there is the possibility to build an extra bed here. All this also applies to the slightly smaller "starboard" half (about 70 square meters), only there is no separate dining area, but sitting comfortably in the kitchen, space is there for four to five people. Of course we also have a living room there to relax. Two bedrooms are upstairs, each with 2 beds. The beautiful Altbautreppe can be a bit steep for some guests. The shower room and an additional guest toilet are located below.
