Pousada muito boa, porém, precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos. Muito bonita, mas necessita reforma, como os hóspedes são na maioria argentinos, os funcionários também são e possuem dificuldade em entender o que se fala. O quarto tem muita formiga, e a pia com vazamento ai banheiro fica todo molhado. Mas no geral valeu a hospedagem.

Gostei muito do espaço da pousada, mas percebi que falta manutenção do lugar, as janelas não fecham, a porta do espaço do chuveiro é transparente (sem privacidade) falta uma película ou um jateamento como a da parte do sanitário, pois fica de frente com a porta do quarto, apesar da mobília ser rustica falta conservação no lugar. Senti falta de água na geladeira, refrigerante ( na minha opinião ) você deixa a vontade se for consumido ótimo, mas geladeira vazia jamais. No café da manhã mesa farta, porém o pão não é fresco, qualquer pousada que se preze o pão tem que ser comprado no dia, o suco acabou e não foi reposto, minhas filhas ficaram sem tomar o suco. Área da piscina maravilhosa.

Hotel logo de entrada muito lindo, recepção com um bom atendimento porém ja avisaram que o serviço de limpeza no quarto que oferecem diariamente já disseram que nao tinha, bebedouro sem manutenção igual um pinga gota um ano pra sair a água, outros clientes reclamando também. Para a minha surpresa me deram a chave do quarto 15 ai que foi o problema chegando no quarto ele era bem pequeno, pensa num quarto de uma casa pequeno para solteiro. Reservei um quarto standard com cama de solteiro que nao tinha e era bem menor nitidamente da foto para a realidade vários clientes tambem reservaram quarto standarde ele dao esses pequenos quartos velhos, pequenos com cheiro de mofo e falta de manutenção. O colchao estava bem úmido com cheiro de mofo, ao levantar pra conferir o lençol estava todo manchado de tudo. Fora a enganação de vender um quarto que não me hospedei. Pontos positivos são os funcionários bem solicitos, café da manhã muito bem, piscina limpa também que estava.

A pousada é bem bonita porém reflete um pouco de desleixo. Funcionários agradáveis. Piscina suja quando tentei utilizar, tinha uma barata em um macarrão na água. O banheiro formava uma pequena piscina. Porém teve pontos positivos também um bom café da manhã , transfer para o centro para jantar e praias, e uma boa localização

Primeira impressão do hotel muito boa. Café da manhã muito variado e tudo muito fresquinho. Problema: nos colocaram na suíte 13, péssima. Primeiro: nossa reserva era de quarto com 2 camas, e está suite só tinha uma de casal, a de solteiro não tinha. Outra coisa: na recepção do hotel tem uma porta daquelas que vc passa e ela bate e fica batendo até perder a força. Do nosso quarto da pra escutar perfeitamente, até aí ok, mas no segundo dia de estadia, as 1:30 da manhã, chegaram alguns hóspedes e passaram 30 min numa zona no Hall. Dessa suite, 13, da pra escutar tudoo que acontece na recepção e Hall. Depois de 30 min tive que eu mesma sair do quarto e pedir para que os outros hóspedes parassem com o barulho. 15 minutos depois estava da mesma forma, ninguém do hotel tomou atitude e tive que sair do quarto novamente. Essa suite é muito ruim... da pra escutar tudo. Por favor, troquem a porta da recepção e tenho cuidado para que outros hóspedes não atrapalhem a estadia dos demais. Obrigada
