O hotel é bom. O maior problema é o bar que fica responsável pela área da piscina. Não pode comer nada na cobertura sem ser o que eles vendem, no entanto, é praticamente impossivel achar alguma coisa la. Meio dia nao tem petisco porque só começa depois das 15hrs. E às 17:30 não tem mais porque já fechou a cozinha (que funciona em teoria até 20hrs).

Excelente localização na rua principal. Fácil acesso a todos os locais. Hotel espaçoso e com todos os recursos necessários. Serviço bom, tem restaurante com bom preço e bom horário de atendimento. Razoável
Estacionamento pago R$ 35,00 por dia. Check in só começa a ser feito às 14hrs, então forma a fila de pessoas que chegam um pouco mais cedo, então virou uma confusão e demora de mais de 40 min ( cheguei às 14hrs em ponto). Café da manhã razoável, ovos frios, tiveram dias que não teve copo e nem talher, muita demora nas reposições. Chegamos e a fechadura estava sem bateria, o quarto não trancava. Nos colchões não tem uma capa protetora, só um lençol fino e menor que a cama, no meio da noite acordamos com o colchão totalmente descoberto. Só tem 2 travesseiros ruins e moles. Não tinha secador, tivemos q pedir na recepção. A estrutura parece ser nova ou reformada. Academia bem fraca, e a água da piscina estava gelada.

Fora o inconveniente do Café da Manhã. Recomendo!!
Nossa estadia foi excelente, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Hotel novo e bem equipado. Somente 2 inconvenientes: fomos surpreendidos ao chegarmos que o estacionamento era pago, na propaganda e reserva não mencionaram que seria pago; e no último dia fomos para o café da manhã às 9:00h, como sempre, e praticamente não tinha nada, fomos informados que a fila estava no corredor e que tinham chegado 2 excursões à noite...o café vai até às 10:00h e ao meu ver deveria ter tudo para todos os hóspedes. Muitos reclamando. Mas indico e voltaremos!

Tive vários problemas nesse hotel; Primeiro; consta aqui no site ter estacionamento, chegando lá foi dito que o estacionamento era privado e deveria ser pago. Segundo; atendimento na recepção péssimo. Terceiro; elevador só funcionava um que era horrível para chegar até o quarto. Quarto; chegando ao quarto ao aproximar o cartão de acesso ao quarto não funcionava onde tiver de retornar a recepção em uma longa jornada por conta do elevador, solicitei ativação do cartão novamente aí retornei e nada de abrir a porta, pois então voltei novamente a recepção e informei novamente o problema onde foi solicitado a manutenção para dar uma olhada na fechadura enfim a conclusão que aquela fechadura estava com problema aí depois de horas aguardando e nada de eu conseguir entrar no quarto tive de mais uma vez voltar a recepção para pedir outro quarto. Resumindo atendimento péssimo desse hotel e por último um café da manhã péssimo.

Odiamos, e com toda certeza não voltaremos mais, a única coisa que foi bom é que os funcionários são super atenciosos, fora isso, o Box era limo puro, só tinha uma toalha e nós somos casais, não tinha o lençol de cima na cama, faltou luz mais de 3 vezes as 5 da manhã um show de horror. A gente sai da nossa casa para ter conforto e se depara com essas condições, lamentável

Bom, mas com algumas dificuldades.
Faltaram duas coisas importantes : 1. A piscina nao funcionou, estava em obra, e nao avisaram a gente. 2. Um dos elevadores nao funcionou, estava quebrado. Isso dificultou nosso acesso, pq o hotel estava lotado... No geral foi bom estar com vcs do Samba.
