A short walk across the street will find you on the golden sands of Main Beach, or a one minute stroll will get you into the centre of Byron.

The pristine beaches of Byron Bay are only a short leisurely stroll from your holiday accommodation. Pipi's is right in town and 1 minute walk to beach.

Please note a $500 security bond is required for this property.

This property is fully self-contained and is not a serviced property. You will need to bring all toiletry items and supply your own washing powder, toilet paper (we supply a few), beach towels and food. If you would like to book this property on the website for the Schoolies weeks, the correct tariff and bond will not have been quoted. You are required to contact the office for the current Schoolies rates. Your booking is not confirmed, even if monies are paid, until the tariff has been adjusted and confirmed with a staff member. Upon making your booking you must advise in writing to our office that the intention of your booking is for Schoolies and the total number of guests.

Apart from schoolies dates all guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
