Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to provide ultimate comfort. Two bedrooms are fitted with luxurious queen-sized beds, whilst the third bedroom offers two single beds. The master suite additionally boasts an ensuite bathroom, providing extra privacy for parents or couples.

Eastpoint 3 offers two bathrooms and two car parking spaces. The house is outfitted with all modern amenities such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, smart TV, Wifi and a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher.
