Grand Old Property
Clearly the grand hotel of Seville. Its location is great and it stands out as a landmark of the town. For a very old property it was well maintained. The only real shortcoming was the service. The concierge didn’t respond before our stay about transportation even though they sent an email reaching out. In person the team always seemed to be distracted with something else rather than customers. The pool service was quite spotty. On the plus side, the front desk crew were very good and the staff at breakfast worked very hard. The cleaners were friendly and efficient.

Would highly recommend, great staff, great location and the hotel itself has one of the nicest courtyards in the world, yes I said the world. Stay here with no hesitation whatsoever And get the breakfast, it’s incredible. Enjoy Sevilla, you need a miinimum of 3 days
