House in quiet condominium near the beach, Shopping and Commerce
We use this home for our family to enjoy the holidays. It is treated with great care and good taste. Its location is excellent and the condominium is one of the best in Peró and one of the few that does not lack water during New Year and Carnival. We prefer to rent to family. We have organic planting in our condominium with lemon grass, rosemary, basil and others. We have wifi too!

Ground floor: living room 2 environments with table for 6 people, bathroom with marble box and luxury shower, kitchen equipped with everything new: fridge, stove, microwave, blender, oven, toaster, coffee maker etc ..

1st floor: 2 excellent double rooms with closets and balcony facing the condominium, social bathroom with luxury shower

2nd floor: 2 smaller bedrooms made of mezzanine .All with wooden bed, mattresses with anti-mold cover and a toilet

CONDITION WITH 24H CARTER, PARKING FOR A VEHICLE, BARBECUE, SAUNA AND SHOWER.
150M FROM PERÓ BEACH, IN THE MILL SQUARE AND VERY CLOSE TO PERÓ SHOPPING. WE HAVE INDIVIDUAL WATER BOX.

Sintam-se em casa a poucos minutos da praia! Um sonho!
Casa fantástica! Exatamente como anunciado. Têm vários eletrodomésticos e utensílios de cozinha em ótimo estado. Espaço muito limpo e organizado, Internet com ótima velocidade, TV por assinatura com vários canais e smart TV. Além disto tudo o Rafael (anfitrião) é super atencioso e disponível. Ótimo imóvel!
O imóvel é bom, porém tem poucos utensílios na cozinha. Além disso, o gás acabou no penúltimo dia e o proprietário disse que eu tinha que comprar um, pois constava no contrato. Só que ele não enviou o contrato para mim, e somente a autorização de entrada. Quando solicitei uma cópia do contrato ele me disse que estava com problemas e não poderia enviar.

É pequena
O Rafael foi muito atencioso o tempo todo e a localização é ótima, o condomínio é tranquilo e seguro, porém na descrição do imóvel diz ser quatro quartos e na verdade são apenas dois no segundo andar, e no terceiro andar não dá pra considerar quartos, pois não dá pra ficar em pé, são dois pequenos quartos que você precisa ficar de joelhos e ainda assim bate a cabeça no teto, além de ser abafados, só ficamos no imóvel por duas pessoas terem desistido da viagem, seria impossível acomodar todos, no mais não tenho do que reclamar, mas no conjunto valeu muito a pena a viagem!

A casa estava em ordem e em boas condições de funcionamento. Móveis em bom estado. O caseiro é totalmente atencioso, assim como o proprietário. Fiz uso da churrasqueira e da sauna, e não tenho nada a reclamar. Se eu tiver oportunidade, volto a alugar sem problemas. Obrigado.

O imóvel na verdade possui 2 quartos, os outros 2 'quartos' do terceiro andar (sótão) são extremamente baixos e apertados.
