Casa muitíssimo boa, aconchegante e tranquila. Passamos e natal em família e foi ótimo. Tem mercadinhos próximos onde tem tudo que precisa nele. Tivemos um dos melhores atendimento pelos donos...Sylvia muito atenciosa e preocupada com o nosso bem estar. De carro as praias são todas próximas e de fácil acesso (Cabo Frio, Buzios e Arraial). Tem a Dunas do Peró que dá pra ir andando, leva 20 minutos. Se for de Uber para as praias é melhor reservar um dinheirinho. Custa em torno de 18,00 a 40,00 dependendo da praia. Tem ônibus praticamente na porta da casa, mas é demorado, então carro e Uber são as melhores opções.

Adoramos nos hospedar na casa da Silva, realmente é da mesma forma que vemos nas fotos. Detalhe pra quem vai com intenção de cozinhar é um espetáculo, cozinha bem completa, não senti falta de nada. Lugar extremamente tranquilo e silencioso, próximo das principais praias. Silvia responde rápido todas as dúvidas e principalmente da dicas de passeios e até de restaurante, pra quem precisa. A casa é muito boa, em uma rua bastante sossegada. Não tivemos nenhum contratempo e ficamos bem a vontade na casa, que possui praticamente tudo que é necessário para o dia a dia normal. A senhora Sílvia, apesar de não a termos encontrado pessoalmente, sempre esteve à disposição pelo telefone, cordial, flexível, atenciosa e justa. Ótima estadia!

Casa, como esta na foto, ampla, super arejada, bem equipada nos utensílios de cozinha, rede na varanda pra relaxar em meio os silêncio, rua tranquila demais. Prx a praias maravilhosas com Dunas do Peró (5 min), Praia das Conchas (10 min)... Proprietários muito atenciosos!!! Recomendo a todos, minha família teve férias maravilhosas!!!
