The listing says you get check in information 3 days in advance but we didn’t get the information until the day of check in. Pros-The house was as pictured, in good condition and in a great location for beach access. The AC was ice cold and the beds were comfy. There was covered parking and the outdoor patio area and kitchen were very nice. There were spices in the kitchen and some basic toiletries in the bathrooms which was helpful. The layout was perfect and furniture was very nice.
Cons- **There was no way to open/unlock the upstairs entrance from inside without keys. This is a safety hazard. I’d recommend adding a deadbolt latch on the inside of the door. The kitchen was not well stocked- mismatched silverware, one serving dish and did not have items that it was listed to have. We purchased some basic supplies such as glasses, bowls, beach towels, chairs & toys, and left them for future guests. There was an issue with the WiFi network not having data available. Having two people trying to work remotely this was an huge issue for us. We reached out on Friday and it took until Tuesday but the owner was able to correct the issue. There is a mobile home community right next door to the property that can get pretty loud on the weekends late into the night.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The beach proximity was the selling point. The home was clean and fit our needs. While communication could have been better we would still recommend this property.
