Incredible View and Quiet.
We spent the majority of our time on the patio that makes you feel like you are right in the ocean. Beautiful view, and the unit and patio itself, is quite secluded from the rest of the building. The condo has very close access to the beach entrance!

Beautiful view, great place to stay
Fantastic location. Located in a quiet little area. Pool bar had good drinks and good food. Loved the small beach that is private to the neighborhood - was never crowded. Condo was nice, a few things could use updating but it had plenty of amenities including beach gear (chairs, umbrella, towels, etc.) Overall wonderful!

Our second time to this condo and it still didn’t disappoint. Quiet space overflowing the sea with lots of whale activity to keep you amused. Pool bar is one of the better ones and we ate there at least once a day.

Property is quite old and has some upgrades. Could use a few more definitely. Had some issues the first 3 days but most were resolved by property manager ( A/C issues, neighbor noisy A/C issues. Faulty A//C units.Another nights lost sleep. Broken screen door slamming all night in sudden wind storm. Patio and some old inside furniture needs throwing out. Best pool bar food anywhere though. Overall… 7 out of 10.

Great Oceanside Unit for Whale Watching
We saw so many whales right outside our oceanside unit which was newly updated and the perfect size for two! We watched the sun come up every morning from our 3rd floor patio and stargazed every night falling asleep to sounds of the crashing waves below. This location has several great dining options nearby and the onsite pool bar serves great food and drinks all day.

Fantastic Spot of paradise!
The location, overlooking the water and the magnificent sunrises was spectacular! This is a very private lanai, with lovely soft afternoon breeze, a perfect place to relax and watch the whales in the distance. The place was very comfortable and accommodating, the kitchen well supplied with everything you need. The bed was comfortable, and it is an easy walk to the beach. It is centrally located with easy access to groceries, restaurants, golf, and Santa Maria Playa, a great snorkeling spot!

better than expected
property is secure, clean and quiet, about 10min from downtown but a 5min walk from a semi-private beach that is just fine! biggest gripe is distance from grocery stores/ restaurants (few in walking distance). room is top floor, wonderful ocean view (saw several whales from balcony in late Nov). you'll hear the crash of the ocean all day / all night. room also has full kitchen (no stove, but BBQ grill), comfy bed, filtered water. absolutely would recommend this room in cabo. sunrise views. no sunset. miss it already.

If you love going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean and unobstructed views, you will love it here. Everything is clean and modern, and Deny made the check-in and check-out procedure seamless. The condo is well-maintained and well-equipped, including with beach chairs and the all-important beach umbrella. There is a semi-private beach within feet of your doorstep and the property sits next door to The Cape, Sunset Monalisa, and Jazz on the Rocks. We recommend checking out the recently opened T1me & Coffee for their cold brew. We cannot say enough about how relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable our stay was in this beautiful space.

Anniversary Get Away!
Absolutely breathtaking property! All redone and the balcony overlooking the ocean was incredible! Deny met us when we arrived and greeted us with chips and salsa and some Coronas! Any questions I had he communicated via Whatsapp and he always responded promptly! This unit is great for couples a little small for families! The bar and pool was real close to the unit along with the private swimmable beach! We will be looking to stay here again in the future!

Outstanding Ocean Front Property
The unit is small but cozy. The interior is dark cabinets and doors so it is not bright and light. The deck and Sea of Cortez views are outstanding. The condo's and grounds are older but well maintained. This property is not close to downtown Cabo San Lucas... about 4 miles away. Expect to Uber and Taxi everywhere you go except for Jazz on the Cliffs which is excellent. Everyone was friendly. Would we book this unit again...absolutely!

BEAUTIFUL VIEW!
Well equipped VRBO with a beautiful view. Kitchen and Bathrooms well stocked with everything you need. Parking was the only downside…no real parking lot or assigned spot. The walk down to condo and to street where parking is a little bit of a trek… Be prepared for an uphill walk when going back to your car. Condo is also on 3rd floor so be prepared to climb stairs. Other then that it was a wonderful place to relax. Denny who helped check us in was amazing and did help us with our luggage.

The unit itself is fantastic. Great view, layout, and in-unit amenities including a washer/dryer plus full kitchen. Clean and updated. Kid-friendly beach literally down the steps. The complex is on the smaller side with one pool & one restaurant. Closer to town but not walkable; You'll want a car or Uber if that's your thing. On-going road and parking lot construction makes a questionable first impression but that was quickly forgotten about and street parking was ample enough. Very friendly staff and visitors/owners. A little on the quiet side; Our 5yr old was the loudest until a handful of other kiddos showed up at the pool. We'd definitely stay here again but we're no longer in our mid-twenties looking for a party. ; )

Our first time at this property and the best way to describe how great it is……we’ve booked again for next year 💙. The deck was the perfect space to relax and loved the bbq on the deck. The pool bar has great food and we enjoyed watching the whales play in the bay. Looking forward to returning in 2024

Great week at Misiones del Cabo in Cabo San Lucas.
Great property with a wonderful view. Kristen and Deny make a great property management team. With their help, it makes the stay in a country where you process only minimal language skills very doable.
