It is what it is
With a pair of ear plugs and the shutter down tight, I had the best nights sleep in a long while. It is a noisy place without ear plugs though. A basic room but clean and tidy.

Très bon accueil. L'équipe est très à l'écoute et agréable et nous a attendu malgré notre arrivée tardive. L'hôtel est très bien situé et la chambre spacieuse, confortable et joliment décorée. Petit bémol cependant : 1. la lumière dans la salle de bain qui ne se déclenche que s'il y a des mouvements s'éteint lorsqu'on est sous la douche, ce qui fait qu'on se retrouve dans le noir total. 2. Le fracas provoqué par le claquement de la porte d'entrée fait vibrer tout le bâtiment, ce qui est très gênant notamment le soir. Globalement, séjour agréable et nous reviendrons volontiers.

A notre arrivée le gérant était débordé il nous a jeté la clé et la carte de la chambre. En arrivant dans la chambre surprise a peine 20m2 mansardé, une prise de courant disponible au fond de la chambre, des plaque de moquette non collé et laissant apparaître le vieux parquet d'origine du bâtiment, très mal insonorisées, on entend les personnes des autres chambres parler. La salle de bain, douche avec un accès de 25 cm et la propreté a revoir, des traces de moisissure dans la douche. Pas de support pour accrocher les serviettes dans la SDB.

Le directeur de l'hôtel ne nous a pas donné la chambre réservée mais une toute petite chambre avec toilettes dans le couloir. La douche y était noire sur les bords et cela sentait mauvais dans la chambre.Si l'on ouvrait la fenêtre, une ventilation fonctionnait toute la nuit... En plus, immeuble ancien très sonore.. Dans les WC, une poubelle cachait les moisissures du coin. Malgré ma demande, le directeur ne nous a fait aucune remise et a dit qu'il ne savait pas pour le bruit . Pour lui, tout était bon... Nous n'y retournerons jamais plus.

Fin beliggenhet, men trenger oppgradering
Bra beliggenhet i sjarmerende Cabourg, hotellet var i utgangspunktet stengt ved ankomst, så det var litt plundrete å få tak i nøkkel/sjekket inn. Han som tok imot oss snakket bare fransk, men vi fant it av det etter hvert. Hotellet tilbyr "parkering", men det er offentlig parkering på gaten. Frokosten var enkel, men god.

Furchtbares Hotel: Niemand an der Reception um 17 uhr erst um 19 Uhr. So kleine Zimmer dass man sich nicht drehen kann. Toilette durch Schwingtür, dass es im Zimmer stinkt, wenn man muss. Unfreundliches Personal und das Frühstück erst ab 8:30 seeeeehr bescheiden.

Accueil limite Pas de parking (contrairement à leur confirmation) Accès à la partie hôtel par une porte à carte codée et difficile à ouvrir pour des personnes âgées (vu un couple devant nous) Couloir d'accès étroit qui donne sur une courette et une deuxième porte aussi difficile à manœuvrer. Cette dernière donne sur un escalier également étroit. Pas d’accès pour les personnes a mobilité reduit La chambre (102) située au 1er étage est petite, pas très engageante au niveau propreté et sans aucune prise électrique. Une armoire peut engageante vu l'odeur pour déposer ses affaires. Une partie salle de bain, petite, dont l’accès se fait par des portes western difficiles de manipulation (ressorts trop dur). Dès la manipulation des portes une VMC se met en route (très bruyante) et la lumière s'allume (les deux combinés très dérangeant la nuit). Cette salle de bain possède une seul prise électrique et une douche dépourvue de porte. Résultat, de l'eau partout. La partie restaurant fermée, plus de cuisinier (dixit le personnel) alors qu'il y a des pensionnaires ? (retour également du couple très déçu) Donne l'impression d'un établissement en passe de fermeture définitive Le petit déjeuner, s'il est possible de l'appeler ainsi (point de buffet), est servi dans de petite tasse accompagné d'un petit pain fabriqué par le cordonnier du coin et d'un mini (ressemblant) croissant. Le tout accompagné exceptionnellement d'un verre de jus d'orange.

Accueil peu courtois. Chambre assez petite avec salle de bain/WC exigüe ne permettant pas à 2 personnes normales d’y entrer. A signaler par ailleurs, le manque total de considération des clients par la direction. En effet à notre arrivée nous avons demandé au gérant où nous pouvions garer notre véhicule pour la nuit, (sur HOTEL.COM l’hôtel est référencé avec parking). Ce monsieur nous a répondu que l’on pouvait se garer n’importe où dans la rue, y compris sur la place devant l’hôtel, oubliant de préciser : sauf les jours de marché. Si la première nuit s’est bien passée, nous avons été surpris, après la seconde, de constater que notre véhicule avait été emmené en fourrière, à Auberville à 9 km de l’hôtel. Devant notre étonnement, le gérant de cet hôtel a commencé par dire qu’à notre arrivée il nous avait prévenu des jours de marché, ce qui est totalement faux, et que nous devions nous débrouiller seul pour nous rendre au Commissariat de Dives, puis à Auberville pour récupérer notre véhicule. Après une discussion insistante, le gérant a consenti à nous faire amener au Commissariat de Dives, et à donner un numéro de Tel d’un taxi pour nous amener à la fourrière. Le plus surprenant, c’est que la Commissariat de Dives comme le chauffeur de taxi, nous ont dit que notre mésaventure se reproduisait régulièrement avec les clients de cet hôtel, sans que les gérants s’en émeuvent, et tentent de mieux informer leurs clients des risques encourus à garer le véhicule autour de l’hôtel...
