We offer this semi-detached house of 125m² in the range of Cabourg with a large garden 200m from the beach.
This villa has on the ground floor a large living / dining room of 28m² with open kitchen (with dishwasher, classic oven and microwave, fridge / freezer, classic coffee maker and Nespresso) and a WC separate.
In the basement, 2 bedrooms (one with a 90x190 single bed and the other with a 140x190 double bed), a bathroom (with shower), a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and a separate WC .
On the landing leading to the 1st floor, a 3rd bedroom (with twin beds 80x190).
On the 1st floor, 2 other bedrooms (with 1 140x190 bed and a 90x190 single bed in each) and a bathroom (with bathtub).
You can park 2 cars in the yard.
Pets are not accepted in this rental.
