You will have private use of the entire Villa, its courtyards and plunge pool. There is public/shared access to 9 resort swimming pools, free BBQ areas, Gym and Tennis court.

The villa is located at the Cairns One complex which consisting of 468 Luxury Apartments and Villas, just minutes from the Cairns CBD.
It is a gated residential community with onsite security from 6am-6pm.

Age Requirement: You must be +25yo to book

Please note there is a large staircase on the property with no child-gate available. If you have small children, they will need to be supervised.

This is a residential community, so please no loud noise. Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. No parties & no pets.

Strictly NO smoking anywhere on the property, including the courtyards

Lastly, all bookings will require an online check-in form completed prior to arrival. The form will require photo ID of the main guest and the names, ages and contact details of any adult guests.
