Upstairs, a second bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bath serves Bedrooms Two and Three. Downstairs, the fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, slow cooker, and a 506L French door fridge/freezer with cold water and ice making capabilities. The laundry features a combined 10kg washer/6kg dryer, and there's an additional separate toilet.
