The problem of the property is that there is not a good connection between the 2 sides of the road. It's very hard for european to cross the roads while no traffic light works to guarantee a safe passage on the other side of the road where the mall is located nearby. The property was clean and good equipped. Internet working well. Good to move by UBER or similar.
