I like the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was was very friendly and helpful I also liked the fact that Yousef Mohamed remembered me from a previous visit,The care of the staff was excellent and I will recommend all of my friends to stay whenever they visit Cairo.

A six-nights stay
We have fond memories of our stay at the El-Farida; after a few days, we became acquainted with its operations – from reception to breakfast service – and made a conscious effort not to overburden the staff with our requests. It's worth noting that the owner is genuinely committed to service quality. While he may not directly oversee every aspect, his influence is evident. Younger receptionists sometimes seem hesitant in their interactions with foreign guests, for example, it took them three days discussing the malfunctioning television in our room. However, the seasoned employees exhibit a commendable dedication, often compensating for any shortcomings. Nonetheless, everyone on staff is remarkably helpful and adept at addressing guests' needs. Shampoo, shower gel, soap, and towels are available in the bathroom, and the air conditioning is dual-function, allowing you to raise the room temperature in winter (although it was unnecessary in February). Cattle is available upon request at the reception desk. Relativ zentral, freundliche Personal, Service Chef ist ein Gewinn für diese Hotel, freundlich, geduldig und sehr gebildet, geht auf Wünsche sofort ein. Was in Zimmer fehlt ist ein Tisch und Stuhl zum Beispiel, Kleider Schrank relativ klein und unpraktisches gestaltet ,Kühlschrank ist relativ Alt, muss revidiert werden, Duschbrause ist fast verkalkt und verstopft. In großen und ganzen bin zufrieden, vielen lieben Dank.

O hotel é muito bom, instalado a uma curta distância de restaurantes e cafés. O prédio aparenta ter sido recentemente remodelado, destacando-o da precariedade da rua em que está instalado. Quando cheguei o hotel não encontraram minha reserva no Hotels.com, foi preciso abrir o aplicativo e comprovar que estava reservada e paga. Como não tinham espaço no hotel, me transferiram a 1a. noite para um outro hotel da rede deles de categoria inferior. Deixo registrada minha insatisfação com essa desorganização.

Very good accommodation! In the city center, in a great location, with modern, clean, comfortable rooms. A little gem! Special thanks to the chef for the magnificent breakfasts! The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean, modern, I hope we will visit again! since Egypt is Egypt, just to be safe, check with them on the phone before you arrive :-)
