Relaxing and comfortable

Such a comfortable place to land while I was in Cairo. Loved the pool with a Nile view. You could even see pyramids in the distance when the air was clear! Maadi is a tourist area and I felt very safe.

I booked two nights here, prior to my tour that was beginning at this hotel the next day, the first night I found someone’s hair in the bed, the air conditioner was broken, lipstick on the bathroom bench, i asked to be moved which they did, once my tour started, i checked out, but they would not allow me to utilise the room i had paid for with my tour, the reception staff were pretty dismissive, wait staff were ok, this hotel is tired & dirty, would not stay here again.

Comfortable and convenient

Fantastic hotel in Maadi area. The Nile view was stunning and on clear days I could see the pyramids. The staff were amazing in all departments from housekeeping to dining to reception.

This hotel doesn't meet the usual Holiday Inn standards. I've stayed in many IHG hotels, but this one falls short. The breakfast options are somewhat limited and acceptable, but it's fair to say it's not a delightful experience.

The three room were extremely dirty Food under bed One room the bathroom had sh…. All over sear Other room had spiders in balcony and corners We paid for 3 nights We left after one night We talked to manager He said to talk to Expedia to get a refund for the other two night for the three rooms I tried to get hold of you No one answered to what I said Or no one answered the phone Management said at hotel They only can refund me if Expedia tell them I demand a refund Thank you Jamal Hamideh
