Everything was very good. The only complaint would be the limited menu in the restaurant and bar. Would have liked to see more options to get ice for the room instead of going downstairs (not a big issue).

Jacuzzi was cold 2 days/nights in a row. No apology from staff. Said he will refix it by pushing a button and the Jacuzzi would be ready in five minutes, but that would not be possible. It was very frustrating because I wanted a late night Jacuzzi before it closed at 10 PM.
