Não gostei das piscinas, que não são termais, a maior parte do tempo frias ou mornas, decepção. Os ofurôs fedem urina no final do dia. Alimentação ruim, tanto que nossa hospedagem incluía jantar, mas em dois dias preferimos jantar fora. Hotel não está preparado para alimentação inclusiva kasher, itens sem porco são raros. Poucas frutas, uma ou duas opções apenas. Picos de energia recorrentes com portas dos elevadores batendo de madrugada. O parque aquático Lagoa do convênio deles é bom, mas em dias de feriadão fica impraticável. Limpeza do quarto poderia melhorar.

Lugar ótimo. Ótimo para passear com a família. Nada de bagunceira. Preços são acessíveis, em comparação com outros condomínios de Caldas. Só poderiam melhorar a limpeza dos quartos, a internet, que é muito lenta (5MB), e o check in, que poderia ser mais rápido (aguardei quase 30 minutos). De resto tudo ótimo.

na verdade não e um resort, é um apart. o apt é grande, fiquei em um de sala e 2 quartos. só tinha tv na sala. cama pouco confortável. estrutura simplória. piscinas menores do que aparentam. funcionários agradáveis. café da manhã simples e saboroso. boa localização.
