Very engaging clerk at checkin - they even recognized us from a few years ago! Everything worked. I found the bed had pain points, but husband loved it. Loved having a microwave and a half-size fridge. Unfortunately the coffee maker scattered the grounds around so we couldn’t use it again, but that’s more the brand than the hotels issue. All in all we’d go again.

food good service average but oh my it was so loud at 7-9 wow so loud no one can control there’s kids there’s days oh my goodness what loud and rude kids/people this is unacceptable this people need to learn Respect 😡😡😡😡😡 And this is unacceptable the parking situation is unbearable we live in Alberta we drive big Trucks not some tiny little baby toy cars. No space for big super cool trucks like mine so this problem needs to be fixed. Back in my Day we had so much more space to park. You should be ashamed of the parking lot

Wonderful stay for New Year's Eve

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They seem to genuinely care about guests. Check in was a breeze. Room was spacious, clean and nice amenities. Very comfy. Breakfast was superb. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausages, cereal, oatmeal, juice and coffee. Fresh fruit too. Lots available. The area it's served in is big yet cozy. The pool and hot tub are small but nice. Hot tub could have been hotter. The hotel has underground secure parking which is a total bonus. Convenient location. Right across the street from McMahon stadium.

Noisy heater disrupting sleep continuously though the night kicking in constantly even when turned down. Promised to go breakfast because of early checkout for both of us and no notes on file and had to wait for clerk to go get and only brought 1 and i refused to wait for him to go get the second one. I have had better stays in less then par hotels compared to this one.
