Suite was large and renovated nicely, but old windows let in a lot of noise from the nearby airport. Room was clean except when we pulled out the sofa bed the sheets were DIRTY and covered in hair, housekeeping was sent with fresh sheets, but with no apologies from hotel. Air conditioner in living room area was leaking and there was a large wet area on the carpet below the window when we checked in. Handyman was sent to fix it, but carpet was still wet and again hotel gave no apologies. Our suite included free breakfast buffet, which we weren’t aware of when booking. Buffet was ok, but very basic and brewed coffee was terrible. We only ate there once. I went down the next morning to get a cappuccino (which was on their order to room menu), but was told the milk steamer was broken. Had to drive to the nearby Starbucks for decent coffee. Location was at least located within 5-10 minutes drive of several good restaurants, and was an easy drive to Heritage Park, GMC stadium and downtown, which was largely why we chose it.
