We were surprised to have a wall/door between the two beds offering privacy. The beds themselves were very comfortable, and as I was dressing for an important show, it was nice to have a full length mirror.

We had a bottom floor window with no outside access. Not sure if rugs were just shampooed but smell was so strong we had to sleep with the window open all night. Sills were dirty and bedside the air conditioner was all peeling paint due to water damage I assume. Positive was bedding was clean and so was the bathroom

Manager on duty was VERY unfriendly….certainly not “customer service first”. His attitude toward us was very condescending. We had arranged an early arrival…we arrived earlier than planned…he said NO ROOMS were available…which was totally untrue as there had been housekeepers there for a couple hours already. We asked to be accommodated..he said no way..too bad. We will NOT stay there ever again.
