The only issue was the elevator card key didn’t function properly on many occasions. Had to rely on another person going up to get it activated and even they mentioned previous problems. Obviously an issue that needs to be resolved.

All the staff are extremely pleasant to deal with. Checkin is smooth. Love their breakfast buffet. Their on site bakery makes wonderful danish, mmm!! Also their Scotch broth soup in the dining room is made daily & delicious. Our last few times visiting Calgary, this is our place to stay.

I love that this hotel has been around for many many years and is still family owned. The food was very good and the baked goods on display were wonderful. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. The couple we were with were also very impressed with the hotel and the staff.
