The night shift staff on Nov 14 was amazing. However, we were staying with a group of people who had a bunch of pre-teens stomping around the floor right above us, would use the emergency staircase and run out past our room on the first floor, to meet with their people hanging out in the shared dining hall until past 11pm. My 4 year old son had to stay up 2 hours past his bedtime because the stompings that happened upstairs would shake our entire bedroom. External security officers had to be called in, but the situation was not resolved.

Great Place to Stay on a Budget!
All the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast selection was awesome. The hot tub and pool were nice and quiet and relaxing (after the hockey team left LOL). Felt comfortable and safe. Bonus that theres a Tim Hortons and a McDonalds right beside for coffee/lunch/late night snacks.

Wouldn’t recommend unless it’s a hockey tournament
Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, black curlies on toilet seat, pee on the back, tissue paper stuffed in the corner (weird, I know), fridge made an electrical bang and stoped working. Management couldn’t not keep kids from playing tag on the the floor till 11 pm. Yes, the price point was good, but I won’t come back.
