Every time me and my family are in Calgary area, we always book in Days Inn North Balzac. Location is very convenient after a long walk in the outlet. Breakfast was amazing to start your day. Checking in is a big plus. Toni was very helpful. When we told her that we have newly weds from Philippines, she offered us a complimentary bottle of wine which the couple will bring back home to Philippines as a souvenir. Will recommend this hotel for its amazing service.

Spacious suite with comfortable beds. A lot of noise from other guests. Pet friendly and has lots of green space options to walk dogs. Good breakfast options but would have liked decaf coffee. Kids enjoyed the water slide, cold pool and hot tub. Easy and quick access to Cross Iron Mills shopping and Calgary airport. Will stay again and recommend

The only negative we had is your towels for the pool area, very thin and too small for adults. They definitely need improvement. Your pool and hot tub area was lovely. Rooms are clean , comfortable beds, spacious. Yes I would stay there again.
