Room was less than clean and when I went to front desk on second eve to request service, was told housekeeping was usually done every 3 days. Coffee service, cups etc. in room left open to area and not transported on hskg cart in a hygienic fashion. Breakfast was passable. Good centeal location.

The towels need to be bigger. A fan in the bathroom would help. Updated pillows would have increased my comfort during my sleep.

Overall it was a good place to stay, staff very very friendly , the Friday & Saturday breakfast were wonderful, but Monday was not great, maybe because there was less people there, dishwasher was not unloaded and clean cups put into the cupboards. food was not hot and quality was not great.

The check-in staff was great, not so much the check-out staff. I did have an issue with my first room, it smelled like sewage. My second room smelled much better. Both TV's didn't work and in the morning the hair dryer caught on fire. When I mentioned the tv issue and the hair dryer to the desk ckerk said thanks and have a nice day.

Comfy but noisy.
Everything was good, except the noise from the old heater and paper thin walls or floors. Woke up at 3:30 am to someone using the bathroom toilet, then the tap , then the shower, then flushing the toilet. 45 minutes of extreme noise. Then every time the heater came on it tick tick ticked.

There was really loud banging from the hvac or plumbing in the walls throughout the night. Kept waking our famiky up. Usually this hotel is fine, so I had talked to the front desk after midnight and again later on. No discount was offered, which I was a bit dissapointed in. I had a terrible sleep.

Breakfast not very good.
The room was very good - spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast could be improved. There was no milk, no fruit except for 3 very over ripe bananas. For anyone with gluten and dairy allergies, there was nothing except an over ripe banana. Coffee weak and not very tasty.
