The condo itself and location were great. We found the property to be clean, safe and quiet. The layout of the condo was perfect for what we needed. I would recommend this location for that and if you don't need a car with you, because while there is parking advertised, it's difficult to park in (the parking spot neighbor parked on the line and the other side of the spot is a concrete pillar, therefore, we could not make the turn into the spot without risking hitting the other car or the pillar). It's important to note that there is a check in time window because of access to the building. The window is from 4p-7p and if you check in late, you're charged extra. I understood this, but had I known about the window prior to actually booking, I would have selected a different location, not for the charge, for the inconvenience in checking in (these details are not listed in the description, I just double-checked as I'm typing this). If you book this location, stay on top of communication and request check in details in advance so you have an idea of the check in process, because it is a process, just given the building's general access. Otherwise, our stay was great! The neighborhood is very walkable to shops and restaurants, so I would recommend it for that; we were able to walk to downtown Calgary, as well, so there was no need to have to fight for parking downtown, which was perfect for us.

Other than the parking, this little condo is a great location. The property was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It was also the perfect location for what we were wanting to do in the city. The rooftop patio is gorgeous with a great view of downtown Calgary
