This beautiful villa in the typical Mediterranean style consists of 2 Apartments, which can only be rented together. The guests are offered a wonderful panorama of the sea and ridges, simultaneously with all-day sunshine. The upper apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom, a tower room with bath, large kitchen range in the open living-dining area. The lower apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms with 1 bathroom, large living-dining area with an integrated kitchen. The swimming pool is ca. 8x4m large with a large deck-area, barbecue grill and outside shower.

Maison bien localisƩe ,piscine au sel et terrasse agrƩable, vue magnifique
Comme deja lu dans les commentaires ,lacunes d'entretien (presque tous les liminaires ext HS et vus les escaliers partout ...projecteur piscine HS , mousses sieges dƩchirƩes ,collection de petits parasols dƩchirƩs et cassƩs , pieds de parasols moitiƩ cassƩs, un lave vaisselle HS,une plaque de cuisson moitie HS...)
Dommage que ces ƩlƩments ternissent une prestation de 4000 euros pour 15 jours
Autres points , pas de climatisation dans la chambre du haut qui malgre un ventilateur est suffoquante pour y dormir
Pas de rideau un minimum occultant non plus au RDC et chambre du haut
Bref ca pourrait etre magnifique mais pour cela il faudrait faire un minimum d'entretien , rien de colossal pourtant ...
Pas dƩƧu du sƩjour pour autant mais dƩƧu de voir que les avis ne sont pas pris en considƩration

Grande maison Tossal

goede locatie
Het huis is ideaal voor grote families. De zwembad was geweldig en het uizicht op de bergen en zee was indrukwekkend. Zo goed als alles was in orde, enkel enkele bedden lagen ongemakkelijk.
Voor een leuk verblijf hier raad ik het iedereen aan!

Une villa ancienne qui nĆ©cessite un rafraĆ®chissement, pas de lumiĆØres dans la piscine ( donc pas de baignade au tombĆ©e de la nuit) pas de lumiĆØres dans lāescalier extĆ©rieur ( donc dangereux) pas de lumiĆØre au dessus du barbecue . Des plaques Ć©lectriques dans la cuisine qui fonctionnent une fois sur 3 . Un lit avec un matelas dāeau ( trĆØs perturbant et difficile dāy dormir Ć 2 . Une super chambre en haut avec une belle terrasse mais sans climatisation !!! Impossible dāy dormir mĆŖme avec le ventilateur, obligĆ© de desce Dormir sur le canapĆ© en bas !! Dommage
