Le propriĆ©taire est top, Ć  lā€™Ć©coute! La dame qui dĆ©tend les clĆ©s pareille! Franchement rien a dire Juste petit bĆ©mol pour la place de parking car notre voiture Ć©tait trop grande pour la place mais Ƨa arrive souvent Ć  calpe. Tout c qui concerne lā€™appartement cā€™est nickel! Nā€™hĆ©sitez pas et passez de bonnes vacances

Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos. Selbst eine Verschiebung um 1 Woche war kein Problem. Die Mƶbelierung ist nicht die modernste, aber nicht heruntergekommen. Die KĆ¼che hingegen war mit neueren GerƤten (Herd, Backofen, KĆ¼hlschrank) ausgestattet, was sehr angenehm war. Sogar ein Baby Reisebett (leider ohne passende Matratze) war in der Wohnung vorhanden.

O apartamento estƔ muito bem localizado, a 1 minuto da praia. Tem boas Ɣreas e estava limpo. O menos positivo foi a louƧa que estava muito suja (talvez tenham sido os hospedes anteriores), mas com uma boa lavagem tudo se resolveu.

Die Wohnung war grĆ¶ĆŸer als wir gedacht haben, fĆ¼r zwei Personen ist die Wohnung mehr wie auƟreichend, meine Frau und ich waren sehr dankbar darĆ¼ber!! Als wir angekommen sind, sind wir sehr nett und Liebevoll von Amalia begrĆ¼ĆŸt worden, was fĆ¼r uns sehr schƶn war. Wir sind so gut wie jedes jahr (ca. 6Jahren) in Calpe oder Moraira und haben unterschiedliche UnterkĆ¼nfte gehabt, so gut wie dieses Mal war es noch nie, die Wohnung entsprach genau die Anzeige!! Wir kƶnnen die Wohnung nur weiter empfelen!! Danke an diese Stelle nochmal!!!
