Appartement/ maison trĆØs bien situĆ©(e) avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Ć flan des rochers.
Attention la propriĆ©taire est trĆØs spĆ©ciale. Elle vous demandera de lui payer lāeau et lāĆ©lectricitĆ©. Chose que nous nāavons pas faite car location rĆ©glĆ©e en totalitĆ© Ć Abritel. Elle vous fera du chantage sur la connexion wifi quāil nāy a en fait pas du tout. Il serait bien de modifier lāannonce Ć ce sujet. Pas de connexion 4G et 5G non plus Ć lāintĆ©rieur du logement. Pas de tapis de douche, pas de torchons, pas de produits dāentretien, pas de manique non plus pour lāutilisation du four et pas de couverture si vous nāinsistez pas auprĆØs de la propriĆ©taire qui vit juste au dessus et surveille vos faits et gestes.

Agreable semaine
Maison/Appartement tres bien situƩe sur les rochers de Clavi en face du Phare de la Revelata. Merveilleux couchers de soleil en perspective. Interieur simple, un peu dƩsuet mais propre.
Attention draps, serviettes, eau et ƩlectricitƩ non compris dans le prix.

Vue et emplacement excellents dans un logement fonctionnel
A 2 minutes de rochers plats et crique avec vue sur le golf de la Revelatta et 10 du centre ville a pieds. Mais une chambre avec fenĆŖtre donnant sur une piece sombre et inachevĆ©e. Pas de clim, dĆ©fauts Ć©lectriques. Lāannonce doit preciser lapiece aveugle et les draps + eau/Ć©lectricitĆ© en sus. Cela dit cela reste marginal par rapport au plaisir dāavoir pu etre dans ce logement !

Ćquipement de lāappartement correct mais minimal.

Confort pas au niveau du prix de la location.
MalgrĆ© une situation exceptionnelle, le confort intĆ©rieur de cette villa-appartement au niveau de l'ameublement laisse Ć dĆ©sirer. Le rapport qualitĆ© prix n'est pas satisfaisant. C'est dommage!
