The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful; you feel appreciated. The area is perfect since it’s close to a beach and many calas. The breakfast buffet was also great and my son loved everything there. We had a great wonderful time and will definitely come back!

Excellent hotel with great staff and rooms. ONLY one issue!!! On our last day there was a faulty fire alarm that went on for almost 45mins TWICE!!! In our room. With a one year baby at 2am this was not great. Considering we had to leave for the airport at 8am. With the flashing safety light going all night. It’s like eating a delicious meal and than biting on a rock right at the end. Very unpleasant.

We stayed in a suite which was very spacious with private garden area, 2 large tvs which didn’t have many channels and only news channels that spoke English. Bed was comfortable, pool areas very nice and staff very helpful. Breakfast was not the best, I would recommend waiting until they put fresh cooked out otherwise eggs etc are cold. Evening food was nice with a great view.

A lovely place to stay, felt like the riviera! Great pool and our family suite was perfect. Stayed half board and the food was fresh and plentiful. Only gripe would be that there was no water provided with dinner, you were charged for it which I think is a bit unfair. You cannot walk into the town so car hire is a must or the hotel run a shuttle once an hour I think. Staff were always smiling and lovely. We would return!

La verdad un poco molesto que despues de una estancia de 1 semana no me quisieran ayudar con un late check out, nisiquiera la posibilidad de quedarme 30 minutos mas. Pero lo mas molesto es que la excusa que me dieron fue que estaban totalmente llenos y viendo en linea aun tenian bastante disponibilidad. Creo que esa mentira arruino todo lo bueno.

A bit away from the airport but in a really great area. Very quiet, clean and the staff were excellent. There is a good beach about 2 kilometers or so away in the next town. I believe they have a shuttle that goes there but we had a rental car and it was really easy to get to. Breakfast was great and the evening buffet was as well but a bit on the expensive side but worth it if you are hungry. I would recommend this place.

I stayed at the Hilton this week (6-9 th June) having booked on the basis of the profile and great experience in the Hilton Tulum I seemed a great option. I booked a suite, upon arrival there was only 1 member of staff (11pm) and I was asked to find / make my own way to the room. In a vast building that was not a great start. The room, a suite was dreadful. Located in the lighthouse building on floor 5. It was pitch black, no natural light, balcony was covered in moss and sludge with waste water running on to it. Despite asking to be moved I was offered a same suite or downgraded to standard room. Ironically the standard room was far nice with a great view towards the bay. However, Hilton refused to credit me for downgrading from a suite to standard. Good in general is also very, very basic. Rude staff in the restaurant who told me to leave for wearing flip flops (despite guests walking round in sandals - clearly no sense in the rules). Food standard was also dreadful. For a 5 star property it was more like a basic buffet or harvester in the uk. The property is not 5 star, it’s very old and dated. Lovely swimming pool area and views from the pool side I would say. However, if you’re expecting 5 star it is more 3 plus. Beware if booking and seeking luxury, it is not luxury at all. Also prepare for pretty bang ordinary service.
