La Ghiandaia è un rustico Toscano immerso in un oliveto di 10.000 mq. Gli unici vicini sono caprioli, scoiattoli e cinghiali.
Per accedervi si percorre un piccolo tratto di strada bianca, cioè non asfaltabile in quanto facente parte di un parco nazionale (della Pace, ndr).
E' composta da due grandi vani che si dividono tra ingresso con ampia zona cucina e sala da pranzo e la camera da letto panoramica con vista mare.
Bagno privato con doccia, cucina attrezzata con ogni utensile e macchinario : macchina del caffè Bialetti, monta latte per cappuccini, tostapane, bollitore, fornetto elettrico e fornello a gas a 2 fuochi.
Viene fornita anche biancheria letto e asciugamani (con ricambi in caso di permanenza prolungata).
L'alloggio non è provvisto di impianto di riscaldamento a richiesta e disponibile una stufa elettrica a convenzione.
Il giardino è attrezzato con tavolo e sedie per gustare i pasti all'ombra degli ulivi e un forno a legna per cuocere carni e pizze.
