Beds are extremely old and very comfortable. I was there for a funeral for four nights! They have had many complaints but have not notified potential customers that they are eventually going to charge out the old mattresses. I would’ve liked to know that ahead of time. Housekeeping was very accommodating-they offered extra comforters to pad the mattress. I added 4 which helped a little. I left after 4 days with extreme back pain. Note: Ask if mattresses have been replaced before booking at this inn.

Below average for a Hampton
Check in was great, got to the room which was handicap accessible and first noticed the bed was only about 22” high and the mattress really soft. No microwave and asked the nice employees at the front desk about this and was told some rooms had them but they would deliver one which was completed in a timely manner. Breakfast was ok but got there towards the end and many items were gone with a “to bad were out” attitude. Did not even go down the next day. Room was also dark even during daylight hours.

We stayed for a wedding. The room we got was so close to the front desk as well as extra restrooms. The beds were clean and comfortable. I have seen a lot of reviews with people complaining about the carpets and how it needs to be updated to be more modern, no it doesn’t. The rooms were very clean, the beds had no bed bugs and were comfortable, the showers were decent. I hope my review was honest enough because some of you who leave reviews complain just because, which doesn’t help anyone. ALSO, there’s a McDonalds right next door and it’s actually good! It’s close to a Starbucks, Ralph’s, gas station, freeway, and the outlets. PLUS their FREE breakfast is so good. It’s worth it. I recommend. Hope this helps you make your decision. Ignore the reviews of people who are clearly picky and should have probably stayed at the ritz Carlton if they wanted a 6 star hotel.

First room was not ready for us. Second room had beds that you could barely sleep in. No Wi-Fi outside tables. Bad experience
