We chose to stay here for my grandsons to be able to swim and the pool was closed due to maintenance and had been for a while. They should notify people of this prior to arrival and discount the price since the stated amenities where not available.

False advertising
I did not stay because of false advertising. The hotel was listed as pet friendly on Hotels.com when I got to checkin I was told no pets allowed. So I canceled the reservation and stayed at Choice Hotel & Suites and had a lovely stay. Too bad so sad for you.

It was a horrible experience!! No toilet paper ( actually I have to stop at Walmart so we can have towels and toilet paper,also it was so dirty,the water it was like dwell wateramd the reception guy was ok but I asked him for towel and toilet paper and sheets and he told me that I have to wait till next day ! Also smell so bad

Save your money. Damp & dilapidated
The room was musty and damp. Theres a moisture problem in that place. The couch felt wet. The kids all woke up sneezing with runny noses and were fine hours later when we had left. No vending machines, no ice, pool was closed for maintenance, nothing to drink at breakfast.

Room was filthy. Burns on the blankets. Smelly and uncomfortable. Broken hair dryer. Insufficient blankets, pillows and towels. Freezer was frosted over in the fridge, making it unusable. Pool closed at 8pm, despite check in at 4pm. Breakfast was pitiful. Microwaveable sandwiches. Juice machine broken. Dirty and smelly eating area. Ice machine was also broken.

I chose the property because of the suite and the pool but due too the water level unsafe was advised not to get in. So has to find a beach that was alittle ways away. Other than that some loud people right under our window.

The cleanliness of the room was acceptable However they where quite stingy with the the towels. Initially inform 3 guest in the room,but only 2 sets of towels. Ice machine was broke so had to go to the front desk for ice. The breakfast could have been better was not expecting a buffet. But could have put in the energy to be better.

Ugh! No apology.
Big picture of pool. Said there was pool. Staying at hotel next to salt water river And beach. The pool was closed and staff didn’t care. The woman and man working in lobby said the owner doesn’t care. They said they wouldn’t tell owner. Also literally no coffee. No where!. Dirty, grimy and depressing dump. Only place available. Everywhere else was filled because of weddings…

I really like that the staff is friendly an well respectful, the only complaint that I have for this hotel is that the pool wasn't open when I came here, but I went to my aunt's house in Hurlock to visit her an my kid's got in the pool... Other than that I'm very satisfied with my stay here... I jus came here a little to early for the pool to be open, but that wasn't a big deal......

I had such a terrible experience at this location. The front desk personal was very rude and disrespectful. The personal did not seem to care to do his job and did not want to seem like he wanted to be bothered. All in all I paid for a room that I did not get to sleep in. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a hotel staff, I hope the company provides the proper training when dealing with customer service.
