Our room was very nice with a good view of the lake. We did not like the dark black color of the bathroom walls and there was no place to hang our wet towels. This was surprising!

I was disappointed at BIG destination charge! Although, they did give a$10 credit to use "at the restaurant" another disappointment as it was NOT usable in the restaurant, but a small coffee cafe on the mezzanine, which was nice. But I'd jabe preferred to be able to use it in the bar.

Was moved from one room to another due to a bad leak. Second room had same problem, ended up just dealing with it. I also was unable to use WiFi my entire stay and paid for parking, but still received a parking ticket upon checkout

I know they were in a construction phase. But that was not mentooned. We had planned to stay and enjoy a meal at the facility when we arrived for our 1st nighr. When we approached the restaurant we were told it was not really available but would be next week. Very unsatisfied. Ended up dinning at a competitive hotel and had a fabulous meal. But a bit of a walk.

Coffee service on each floor a definite plus. Front desk greeting on arrival was exceptional. Recommended the sunset cruise and fabulous restaurants in addition to giving directions. Our first time in Burlington, so greatly appreciated. My wife was disappointed that the fires out front burned throughout the day. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Overall, a most enjoyable experience. Thanks.

I normally don't rate restaurants or hotels but I just want to express my dissatisfaction with the front desk. This is a Hilton property, I paid a premium price so I should get premium service. I actually worked in a hotel before so I know how the industry works. First lets start with the positives. The hotel was beautiful. Swimming in the hot tub and pool in the morning was amazing. Being right near a garage was so nice.

Great views of water. Helpful staff. Restaurant was not open. Changes were being done to convert hotel to another name. We were not told about this ahead of time. Our room was missing a refrigerator but one was brought very quickly. The cafe had limited options and food was very overpriced. We had to use our $10 coupons there which was a waste.

Great hotel. Great location and friendly staff. Only downside is cost of parking which is higher than what the city charges for a day. Also I paid for breakfast included and since they don’t have a restaurant for it, breakfast was only one good item and one drink.
