Very good property. They announced ahead 1 amenity out of service. The one drawback is breakfast is a voucher with 4 options at the neighboring restaurant and is weak for vegetarian options. Otherwise great place to stay.

The hotel is dog- friendly. This can be a plus to travelers, but dogs were barking at 10:45p and took a while to remedy. The carpet on steps and hallway were dirty with grass and such tracked in. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was ok. I wouldn't stay here again unless i was traveling with a dog.

I was told a sofa sleeper was available until i got there then told they dont have any at that facility. so i then asked what do people do if they have more then 4 people, she responded sleep on the floor. i was highly dissappointed and wont recommend this hotel to anyone. so i ended up getting a 2nd room just so my husband and the kids could all have a bed.

We were looking for a good place to stay as we continued up to northern Wisconsin with our dogs. This was a great place to stay with dogs. It has lots of outdoor areas for people and dogs to enjoy with a beautiful view of a pond. It was also a great place to stop because it had a nice bar and grill inside, no need to drive anywhere else. It also had a nice pool. We would definitely recommend it.

We had a very nice 2 day stay for our utv trip. The location is perfect. Quiet, and nestled on the edge of the woods and a pond. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The property is huge and has plenty of parking. There are a lot of rooms that are vacant so it’s quiet. The property is showing its age but everything was clean and the pool was huge. No weird smells or anything just aging. The attached Perkins restaurant is where you go for breakfast. You get a voucher for a free breakfast or you can use it as a credit for whatever you want. We enjoyed our stay. The only somewhat negative view point I had was I felt it was a little pricey. Id rather over pay a little and be satisfied then under pay and regret it though. We would stay again if in the area.

We are disappointed with our stay. The online description was way off from the truth, enough so to write a review. Here’s some of what we noticed: There were no extra blankets given to guests- so bring your own if you want warmth. The hot tub is broken. The walls smell of cigarette smoke. The “free breakfast” advertised as “80% organic food” is a coupon to use at Perkins restaurant - and barely covers any food. I had to pay $5 to get two eggs + a side of hash browns. The overall feel of the hotel is rundown - for the same price you can get something better.
