Comfortable and quiet place

This was a very last minute trip. We had to escape the smoke from the moss landing fire, I have bad asthma and jsut staying inside was not helping . the smell of plastic became overwhelming. They had one room left being as we booked it around 10:30. They were so accommodating, we checked in almost at midnight and wasn’t an issue. We have a service dog and they were respectful. The room was clean. Since we left very last minute it was nice they had a breakfast since this wasn’t remotely planned out. It was hot and they had a great variety of things to choose from. They do have a gym and pool and hot tub. Felt great to take a dip in the pool and relax in the hot. Sprouts and Trader Joe’s and Starbucks are all less than a mile and they have an outdoor patio if you want to do a picnic . Also lots of cool tea places etc. Honestly if we ever felt like do a day get away just to hang out a hotel I would come here. Also in the afternoon they put out fresh fruit ice water tea and coffee as well.

In town for wedding. Great accommodations and top notch customer service! Front Desk employee Vilai went above and beyond offering to jumpstart my car, fix my key fob and see me off safely, rather than have me wait for AAA. A mark of a true gentleman. SHASHI HOTEL is lucky to have such a customer focused employee in Vilai. I will be sure to tell my family, friends and colleagues of my exceptional experience!
