Great place for refresh when exhausted and family
The staff welcomed us although we arrived very late and one of them were about to close the night shift/cashier point and still did not forget to ask us if needed extra towels or blankets.courtesy wake up call and nice fresh breakfast after short sleep and great shower for the day of traveling. I only would ask better bedding.

No help with luggage.... had to struggle loading things on cart by myself. I did ask at the front desk for some help and they told me I could use the cart but they wouldn’t be able to help. Breakfast was “ok”... not much to it based on price and stars they said the place has.

nice Hotel for the price
This hotel has nice rooms, but the doors will slam all day and night long and they are loud no quiet way to close em. So if you enjoy sleeping maybe this isn't the place for you. The rooms are clean staff is good, breakfast is great, Wi-fi is dreadfully slow.

Check-in demorado (só 2 atendentes), estacionamento pago (25 reais), porém mtos pontos positivos: limpeza (no geral e no quarto) boas, cama confortável, travesseiros bons. Tudo parece limpo e com cheiro bom. Pontos negativos do quarto: pouca iluminação, não há toalha de rosto e o secador de cabelos é bem fraquinho. De resto, tudo ok.
