Quero mencionar aqui 3 pontos que podem ser melhorados, pois na gestão anterior (Transamérica FIT) eram melhores: 1. Quando me hospedar, não ficarei mais no andar térreo, pois estava muito barulhento, creio que devido a proximidade da Recepção e do Restaurante com hóspedes falando muito alto, impossível descansar depois das 7 da manhã. Prefiram andares superiores. 2. Café da manhã já foi melhor, mini pão francês muito duro e mini mesmo. Precisa ter pão francês mini de padaria e não fabricação própria e duro. 3. Aqui um ponto positivo e negativo ao mesmo tempo. O restaurante serve refeição no jantar, isso é bom. Porém, ao pedirmos um prato (peixe e uma porção de batatas fritas), demorou demais para sermos servidos (1 hora e 30 minutos) e o restaurante não estava cheio (umas 6 mesas com pessoas), a comida estava saborosa mas já estávamos cansados e sem apetite. Creio que nesse dia havia apenas uma pessoa atendendo as mesas e outra na cozinha, e vimos que a demora era geral. Isso não pode acontecer, porque é melhor sairmos do hotel para comer em outro lugar na cidade.

Achei que o hotel cobra muito pelo que oferece. Há opções na região com próximos similares e contam com piscina, por exemplo. Porém, o que mais me incomodou foi o barulho. Você ouve de tudo. Do quarto, é possível ouvir as pessoas transitando e suas passadas, portas abrindo e fechando o tempo todo, camarareiras conversando e arrumando os quartos, e tudo isso começa cedo (a partir do horário que é servido café). A noite, ouve passos do andar de cima, inclusive pessoas que chegam de madrugada de festas, casamentos, etc. Enfim... Não tem sossego
