I stayed at this hotel for just one night, after having walked out of another hotel I had booked nearby as it was just too bad. Unfortunately, they only had availability for one night, but this one night was a very pleasant experience in every sense. My booking was on half board so I had dinner at the hotel. The food options were basic, but good. You can order from their a la carte menu, so I thought that the half board offering was poor on that basis. One also has to pay for any drinks had during dinner, even water. The room was large and comfortable, the towels were fluffy and fresh. Breakfast was a very positive experience with ample choice of foods, fruit, juices, etc. Wifi connectivity is poor, so if like me you need it to work, you will struggle. The hotel staff are very helpful and polite. Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Best Western Suites Le Jardim Caldas Novas. Shame it was raining heavily so I couldn't try out their thermal pools. Maybe next time!

Ar condicionado quebrado, molhou toda a cama. Desde o primeiro dia falamos na recepção que o ar não estava gelando, enviaram um técnico que disse ter dado um reset e que a máquina iria funcionar, mas ao contrário, “choveu” em cima da cama.

Great if you want social interaction and to be entertained. My wife and I wanted a quite weekend to relax but despite the fotos, pools and tables/seating are one on top of the other, no green areas (Le Jardin is just a name) and lastly constant noise from the speakers setup around the pools: music (depends on your taste), Bingo, even a live presentation. (more speakers and an end to conversation) OK if it was specific times but the whole day!

Muito cheio, pouco espaço na área de lazer, café da manhã muito cheio e artificial, fila enorme pra uma coitada fazer tapiocas, não ha cadeiras suficientes na area de lazer. Muito caro. Tem melhores. Quarto confortável, wifi nao pega, sinal da tv horrível.

internet da década de 2000
Estadia, legal. Um problema que não esperava encontrar, foi acesso a internet, viajei par a descanso, mas programando trabalhar umas duas horas por dia, mas a qualidade da internet de vocês está na década de 2000 ainda, isso hoje é tão básico, e obrigatório, me deixou em situação desconfortável.

Caldas Novas quase quente
Hotel possui ótimos quartos restaurante e bom atendimento. Café da manhã excelente e jantar de mesma qualidade. Porém o parque aquático e pequeno para quantidade de hóspedes além de grande parte do dia a água de algumas piscinas estavam frias. O hotel possui uma quadra de tênis pouco usada que deveria se transformar em piscinas .

Já foi melhor!
Há que se louvar o excelente atendimento do corpo funcional, da recepção ao bar da piscina. Todavia, merece atenção a questão da manutenção das acomodações, uma vez que nos deparamos com aparelhos de ar condicionado com dificuldade de operação, ralos das pias e chuveiro dos apartamentos entupidos. Outro detalhe, diz respeito à estrutura do hotel, pois, tratando-se de 350 apartamentos, apenas três elevadores, nos fins de semana, não são suficientes ao atendimento dos hóspedes, originando filas em todos os andares e, principalmente, no primeiro subsolo e térreo. As filas se repetem no restaurante no café da manhã, e esgotamento dos alimentos até sua reposição, que não se dão tão rapidamente, como recomendável.
