Sou goiana, viajei para visitar familiares residentes nesta cidade. O hotel em si Ć© muito bom,apesar de ser um pouco longe do centro. Quanto aos serviƧos ficou a desejar, vejamos: serviƧo de limpeza do apartamento nĆ£o foi feita, tinhamos saĆ­do no perĆ­odo matutino e retornamos Ć”s 13;30, nosso apartamento nĆ£o tinha sido limpo, reclamamos alegaram que mais tarde fariam a limpeza e nĆ£o fez. Outra coisa, Ć© a limpeza do piso na Ć”reas externas ,mais precisamente nas Ć”reas da piscina (estĆ”vamos com duas crianƧas) a qual fomos usar, estava simplesmente imunda, enquanto piscina estava limpa,mas as sujeiras nos pĆ©s eram levadas pra agua. Finalmente, o cafĆ© da manha, muito fraco. Os atendentes foram muito atenciosos. Grata pela atenĆ§Ć£o e desejamos que nossas ponderaƧƵes sirva para melhorar o atendimento aos seus futuros hospedes.
