The check-in process was absolutely ridiculously slow. Actually, it was probably the slowest check-in I have done in the last 20 years. Not to mention that I had already pre-paid for my stay.

Quarto e café da manhã ótimos
O quarto era bem limpo e organizado, o que deixou a desejar foi a colcha que não estava cheirosa e parecia que não tinha sido lavada. Foi pedido outra colcha e a mesma se encontrava no mesmo estado (não estava com mal-cheiro, mas também não estava cheirosa). O chuveiro era excelente , possuía água gelada e quente, e o café da manhã era ótimo.

Pelo o valor da diária o hotel teria que oferecer bem mais. O café da manhas é muito fraco, falta muita coisa. Precisei da NF, me pediram 5 dias para me enviar e ja cobrei no WhatsApp e ate agora nada.
