- deposit (mandatory): 300 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)

Marina di Campo and Procchio are two towns that don't need much publicity, they offer opportunities for everyone; the sandy beach where there are both free stretches and equipped establishments, are ideal for families with children and for a relaxing holiday, or for groups of friends.

Villa for 8 people
Large property of 180 m2 on two floors. An external staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a large living room with relax area and fireplace, an adjoining dining room enriched by large windows that make the room pleasantly bright, and a large fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area on this floor consists of a first double bedroom, a twin bedroom, which leads to a second double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower cubicle with independent access. From the living room, via a corner wooden staircase, you can reach the upper floor where there is another double bedroom, with its private bathroom with Jacuzzi and access to the terrace. Large outdoor spaces equipped for eating, barbecue, and exclusive use swimming pool of 12mx6 with outdoor shower and sun loungers.
