Ótimo custo benefício
Pousada muito aconchegante, a localização é ótima, há 2 minutos de carro do centrinho de capivari. O local é muito silencioso, camas confortáveis, o quarto é bom, o chuveiro é a gás e quentinho, A vista do quarto que ficamos é maravilhosa, dá pra escutar o riacho e a vista da natureza e mesmo estando frio o quarto é quentinho, possuí aquecedor. Apenas alguns detalhes: a garagem para carros grandes exige boa direção para manobras, ficamos próximos do local do café da manhã e por isso muito cedo começam os barulhos, mas como acordamos cedo não foi problema (outros quartos não devem ter essa situação). O custo benefício é ótimo.Vale muito a pena pra casal, famílias e amigos. Acredito que não seja ideal para pessoas muito idosas ou com problemas de locomoção por conta das escadas.No mais, pretendemos retornar.

Pousada muito boa, lugar lindo, equipe muito atenciosa, destaque para a Senhora Adriana André que além de nos servir um café da manhã maravilhoso, nos trata com um carinho imensurável, sempre de bom humor. A rampa do estacionamento dá um pouco de medo, mas até que foi tranquila. Quarto amplo, limpo, cobertores quentinhos, os travesseiros poderiam ser melhor, mas nada é perfeito. Destaque para o chuveiro que tem uma pressão ótima e é muito quente.

Excelente hotel!
Excelente hotel, com uma boa localização, nem muito distante do centro, mas tampouco muito próximo. Acesso fácil. Equipe simpática e disponível, foram atenciosos o tempo todo. Só senti falta de um ventilador ou ar-condicionado para noites mais quentes. Esse fds tivemos uma frente fria que ajudou muito, mas sinto que teria dormido mais com algo fazendo o ar circular dentro do quarto.

Segunda vez.na pousada , pior que na primeira vez.
Entrada do quarto mal conservada, quarto com cheiro forte de mofo, pintura dos quartos com manchas de mofo. Banheiro um pouco sujo. Para chegar ao cafe da manhã, tivemos que descer varias escadas sem cobertura , que no caso com chuva não foi muito agradavel. No mais, nenhum ponto negativo ou positivo.

A pousada fica localizada bem próxima ao centro de Capivari, o quarto era bom, porém alguns pontos considero que precisa de melhora, o box do banheiro estava cheio de cabelo quando chegamos, não tinha wi-fi e não fomos informados, só quando questionamos nos disseram que uma árvore havia caído impedindo o funcionamento, e quando retornou, que foi no dia seguinte, não informaram e ainda não pegava no quarto, o melhor ponto era na própria recepção. Outro ponto que para nós foi ruim é a distância para o café, a pousada é muito grande e o café fica no prédio abaixo, tivemos que descer vários lances de escada, e andar um cadin para tomar café, o problema era o retorno. Desgastante. A noite meu esposo queria comprar água e não tinha ninguém na recepção. O chuveiro tem um aviso de aguardar 3min para aquecer, tínhamos que aguardar pelo menos uns 15min, meu esposo optava por tomar banho primeiro gelado, para que eu pudesse ir no quente.

Funcionários super simpáticos e a disposição. Quarto mto confortável. Fiquei no prédio azul e dormir com o som do rio que passa abaixo é mto bom !!! A brisa da montanha também deixa o ambiente bem arejado. Um único porém eu diria é referente a subida do prédio azul até a saíds do hotel que é longa e bem íngreme e tem partes descobertas. Como teve dias de chuva houve um momento que precisamos deixar a chuva passar para dps chegar no prédio

O hotel está em progresso animador. O acesso ainda é difícil entre quartos, estacionamento, recepção e café da manhã, principalmente para quem sofre comorbidades, é sedentário, idoso ou cadeirante. Funcionários simpáticos e dispostos. Limpeza e conforto dos quartos dentro do mínimo esperado. Café da manhã completo com quitandas, doces, frios, frutas, ovos, salsicha, sucos, etc. Não há vaga coberta no estacionamento e não há cobertura em todo o trânsito no hotel, então se houver chuva, o acesso se torna ainda mais limitado. A vista da montanha é encantadora e super recomendadada. Traz uma paz incrível.
